And I’m not talking about the goodies you get from our Shop (though they’re nice too, especially this headset) – I’m talking about subscriptions, Skype Credit, and all the other bits and pieces which keep your conversations going.

Unfortunately, our robots are a bit slow today. Whether it’s the effects of a big weekend, or just a bout of the Monday morning blues, things aren’t ticking along as nicely as they should be. You may notice that rather than zipping along to ‘delivered’, your purchases are waiting at the ‘payment confirmed’ status in your purchase history.
We’re working as hard as we can to breathe some life back into our systems, but for now, you can expect a little bit of a delay before you can use your newly-bought subscription or credit. I’m sorry about this – I know how important it is for you to get your hands on things as soon as possible (I’m just as impatient) – and I’ll update this post as soon as I hear more news.
