If you use Swedbank to pay for Skype Credit or subscriptions and have personal data which contains non-Latin characters, e.g. åéîøü or similar, your payment will fail to work correctly.
We're working on a fix and will update this post when the problem is resolved.
UPDATE: Today, 7th July our partner has informed us that the issues have not yet been resolved. There is about a day delay in order to deliver the payments. Due to difficulty to resolve the matter, we have disabled Swedbank payment option in our stores. We apologise for the inconveneinces this has caused.
Meanwhile, please use an alternative payment method.
The ones who have until today made payment via Swedbank, will receive services with delay and money will not be lost.
