Bank transfers not available in India

Update, 5th November: Unfortunately, our partner is still unable to process bank transfers. We'll keep you posted as to any developments.

Our partner has informed us that they won’t be able to process bank transfers in India from the 14th August 2009 until the 5th October 2009 inclusive.

During this time, please use one of the other payment options available in India .

Bank transfers temporarily unavailable in Mexico

Our partner has informed us that they are not currently able to process regular bank transfers in Mexico.

Until this problem is resolved, please use one of the other payment options available.

Skype maintenance notification

Skype will undergo scheduled system maintenance between July 17th and 23rd. On these days you may notice some problems in the Account section of the Skype website or in the Skype software, and when buying Skype Credit, online numbers or subscriptions. If you encounter a problem, please wait a few minutes and try again.

[RESOLVED] Swedbank payments are failing if personal data contains non-Latin characters, e.g. åéîøü

If you use Swedbank to pay for Skype Credit or subscriptions and have personal data which contains non-Latin characters, e.g. åéîøü or similar, your payment will fail to work correctly.

We're working on a fix and will update this post when the problem is resolved.

UPDATE: Today, 7th July our partner has informed us that the issues have not yet been resolved. There is about a day delay in order to deliver the payments. Due to difficulty to resolve the matter, we have disabled Swedbank payment option in our stores. We apologise for the inconveneinces this has caused.

Meanwhile, please use an alternative payment method.

The ones who have until today made payment via Swedbank, will receive services with delay and money will not be lost.
