Some users are finding that they're being charged for calls which would normally be included in their subscriptions.
We're investigating this urgently, and will update this post with more information as soon as it emerges.

Update, 4th July: If you were charged incorrectly for calls due to this fault, we will be refunding the charges in full within the next 48 hours.
