Due to the technical problem in our systems, the purchase of Skype Extras does not work at the moment.

If you have been charged for an Extra but did not receive the product, please contact our customer support team for a refund.

Our engineers are working on the problem, and once they've solved it we will update this post. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

UPDATE: Issue has been resolved and purchasing Skype Extras is working again. All users who did not receive product, will be issued refund for the undelivered service.

Skype will undergo scheduled system maintenance on April 1st and 2nd. On these days you may notice some problems in the Account section of the Skype website or in the Skype software, and when buying Skype Credit, online numbers or subscriptions. If you encounter a problem, please wait a few minutes and try again.

Starting from the 1st April 2009, we will temporarily remove the bank transfer payment option in Vietnam. We are working closely with our payment partner in order to resolve this situation.
Until resolution, please use one of the other payment options available in Vietnam.

We're planning database maintenance between 6am GMT and 8am GMT on Tuesday 24th March. During this time you'll be unable to view your account or buy Skype Credit (either on the web or in Skype itself). Your Business Control Panel will be also unavailable during the time. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE: Maintenance was successfully completed at 09:00 AM GMT and all systems are working normally again.

Due to some technical issues, call forwarding when calling from Skype is not working at the moment. Our engineers are working on solving the issue.
