Due to increases in our supplier’s prices, the discount rate for calls to landlines in Mexico outside of Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey will increase slightly. Changes will be effective at 08:00 am GMT on the 17th February 2009.

During the last two days some of you might have experienced time delays with your credit card purchases. This was caused by a technical error which has now been fixed. If you are still missing credits from your account, please be patient as this will be corrected shortly.
