Currently payments made to Skype via PayPal are subject to processing delays, meaning there will be a delay in these transactions showing in your Skype account.

Once this problem has been resolved, we will update this post. We are sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

Calls to UK premium rate numbers are currently disabled. You are not currently able to call numbers which begin with 09.

Due to some critical maintenance, you won't be able to pay for Skype Credit or subscriptions by credit card today for an hour between 12:00 GMT and 17:00 GMT. You should be able to pay using an alternative method, but we're sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

Due to network problems at our partner, online numbers in the Dominican Republic and Poland aren't working at present. We're verry sorry for the inconvenience, and will update this post as soon as we have more news.

Since Friday, we've been having some problems with Auto-recharge.

Around half of Auto-recharge payments aren't working as normal, so your balance may fall below the minimum amount. You can still buy Skype credit as normal.

We hope to have things back to normal in the next few hours, and we're sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
