If you have received an email saying that your Auto-recharge order has been cancelled, and your balance is over the 2€/£2/$2 (or equivalent) limit, you are unfortunately affected by this problem. Auto-recharging should only happen if your balance goes below 2€/£2/$2 (or equivalent). We apologize for that. This problem should be fixed tomorrow.
