Early this morning some of our payment servers experienced problems for a short time and there were resultant issues with the processing of payments.
The issue started at 12.08.2008 03:10 GMT and was solved at 12.08.2008 05:15 GMT.

If you have received an email saying that your Auto-recharge order has been cancelled, and your balance is over the 2€/£2/$2 (or equivalent) limit, you are unfortunately affected by this problem. Auto-recharging should only happen if your balance goes below 2€/£2/$2 (or equivalent). We apologize for that. This problem should be fixed tomorrow.
RESOLVED: This issue was resolved on the 5th of August before noon.
