Between April 7-17, some users who used PayPal to make Skype payments were charged more than once during the same day. While this was a technical error and didn't involve any conniving humans, we don't like it at all. And if you're like us, neither do you. We are terribly sorry for this. The systems have been punished and the errors have been fixed. Those affected will be refunded today for orders they did not authorize. In other words, you will be charged for only one PayPal payment per day. All other orders will be canceled and promptly refunded.
