Currently calls made from the Orange and 3 mobile networks to Personal Online Numbers (SkypeIn) and Skype To Go numbers in the UK are not working. Our partners are working hard to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Between April 7-17, some users who used PayPal to make Skype payments were charged more than once during the same day. While this was a technical error and didn't involve any conniving humans, we don't like it at all. And if you're like us, neither do you. We are terribly sorry for this. The systems have been punished and the errors have been fixed. Those affected will be refunded today for orders they did not authorize. In other words, you will be charged for only one PayPal payment per day. All other orders will be canceled and promptly refunded. If you have additional questions, please contact customer support.

We’d like to let you know that starting at 9.00 a.m. GMT on April 17; we’ll be upgrading our forum software.

The update will take about four hours, during which the forum will either be unreachable or will have limited functionality.

Apologies for the noise and dust - what comes out of this is a better forum for us all.

UPDATE: Upgrade for our forum has been completed and all services are working again

We have been informed that Paypal will have scheduled maintenance on their systems on April 17th from 05:00 - 11:00 GMT. During that time you might encounter problems while paying for Skype credit with Paypal.
We will update this post once the maintenance is completed.

UPDATE: Unfortunately we encountered some technical issues during maintenance and PayPal orders were delivered with delays during the entire day yesterday. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

From 8 April 2008 we will no longer accept payments by the ClickandBuy system. There are, of course, many other ways to pay for Skype credit and products.

We hope you will not be greatly inconvenienced by this change.

Skype To Go is currently experiencing technical problems. When dialling, some Skype To Go numbers may be unavailable, and the calls may not go through properly. We are working to resolve the problem and will update this post accordingly.

Due to technical hiccup it is currently not possible to purchase new Gift Certificates from our store. Please note, that when attempting to complete a purchase, you would be presented with an error message. You will not be able to continue from this step.

Users, who have completed a purchase in the past are not affected by this issue and can use their vouchers as normally.

We are working to rectify the issue. This post shall be updated once the situation is resolved.
