We have been advised by our partner Paypal that they are having technical difficulties due to what making payments via Paypal is currently not possible. We will advise once the issue has been resolved.
UPDATE: Issue was resolved at 7:22 GMT

UPDATE: The planned maintenance was completed at 9:20 GMT and now all systems work normally again.
