Update at 12:13 GMT: the problems have been fixed and we're back to normal.

Subscribers of France-based SkypeIn numbers are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the feature. We are working with our partners in France to rectify the situation. Apologies for the trouble. We'll update this post when the problems have been solved.
