We have been advised that Paypal payments were not working on 19th February, 2008 between 17:30 and 19:30 GMT due to technical issues on Paypal site http://www.paypal.com. Due to this issue, users were not able to make payments using Paypal and may have received errors while attempting to place a purchase.

Update at 12:13 GMT: the problems have been fixed and we’re back to normal.
Subscribers of France-based SkypeIn numbers are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the feature. We are working with our partners in France to rectify the situation. Apologies for the trouble. We’ll update this post when the problems have been solved.
