Recently, about 1,300 Skype Pro users in North America have been affected by a bug in our billing system. When calling landlines or cell phones, these users have seen their calls being disconnected after six seconds. As of 6.20 AM EST today, the problem has been fixed. There is never a good time for our users to run into a problem like this. We understand your frustration and we are very sorry. To help our relationship get back on track, we'll begin sending emails to each known affected Skype Pro user with an electronic voucher that can then be redeemed for 10 dollars in Skype credit.
