We are aware that many PayPal Send Money transactions via Skype are failing for the receiving party. If you experience a timeout message when logging in to receive money you should retry at a later time. Money can be received within 30 days of it being sent.

If the money is not successfully received within 30 days, it will be automatically returned to the sender’s account. A sender can also cancel the transaction at any time.
