Starting today 16:00 UTC, all 3-D Secure payments fail. If you are using a VISA or Eurocard/MasterCard credit card with 3-D Secure to make your payment, you will get an error message. This is a global error with the 3-D Secure network and we're working with our partners to resolve this as soon as we can. We'll post updates here as we get more info.

UPDATE: in connection with this, we are currently facing problems in delivering all VISA orders due to the 3D Secure problems. We are working hard to deliver the credits to all users whose VISA is subject to the 3D secure check.

UPDATE: Issue with 3D Secure orders was solved by 16:30 GMT. Some users might still experience some delay in delivering the credits. We are working hard and as soon as possible the credits will be delivered to everyone.
