Starting today 16:00 UTC, all 3-D Secure payments fail. If you are using a VISA or Eurocard/MasterCard credit card with 3-D Secure to make your payment, you will get an error message. This is a global error with the 3-D Secure network and we're working with our partners to resolve this as soon as we can. We'll post updates here as we get more info.

UPDATE: in connection with this, we are currently facing problems in delivering all VISA orders due to the 3D Secure problems. We are working hard to deliver the credits to all users whose VISA is subject to the 3D secure check.

UPDATE: Issue with 3D Secure orders was solved by 16:30 GMT. Some users might still experience some delay in delivering the credits. We are working hard and as soon as possible the credits will be delivered to everyone.

Since early Friday morning, we're currently having trouble delivering order confirmation e-mails. Your orders and payments work fine, but you may not get a confirmation e-mail. To review the status of your payments, please go to the [Your Account](http://www.skype.com/go/myaccount) page.

UPDATE: this got fixed Friday afternoon.

SkypeIn is currently down in Brazil since early Nov 16. We are troubleshooting this with our carrier provider and will post more details as they become available.

UPDATE: this is fixed now. The outage lasted for a bit over four hours.

We're experiencing connection problems with some UK SkypeIn numbers. Instead of a connection, you may get a busy signal when calling the number. We're working with our connection partners to resolve this.

UPDATE Nov 7: We know that some Skype users have been experiencing problems with SkypeIn; this is due to an issue in the provision of services by Skype’s carrier partner. We have made the carrier aware of the problem and they’re working hard to correct the problem. We’re really sorry to all those who have been inconvenienced by the problem.

UPDATE Nov 9: this was fixed earlier today. UK SkypeIn continues to operate normally and you no longer get these busy signals. If you continue to experience problems, please report them to our Customer Support.

Luxembourg, November 3, 2006 — It’s a pleasure to announce that SkypeOut rates to both landline and mobile phones in Latvia and Lithuania will be lowered. Changes will be effective at 14:00 GMT, November 14, 2006.

Due to increases from our suppliers prices for SkypeOut calls to French Guiana mobile, Greece Q Telecom mobile, Monaco mobile, Macao mobile, Russia mobile and Mongolia (both landline and mobile) will increase slightly. Changes will be effective at 08:00 am GMT, December 5, 2006.

From October 30 to November 3, we had intermittent problems with a small number of SkypeIn numbers in the US. The callers may have gotten a busy signal on your SkypeIn number, even though the line was actually open. We have fixed the problem in our systems and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
