Our payment partner PayPal has informed us of maintenance happening on Friday April 20th between 05:00 - 06:00 GMT. During the time, PayPal will be unavailable for making payments. Please try an alternative method if you wish to buy Skype Credit or subscriptions during this time. Additionally you will notice a delay in Auto-Recharge payments with Paypal, as those will be handled only after the maintenance.

Currently, we are experiencing some issues with our global payments. Orders placed using PayPal, Moneybookers, and Globalcollect are impacted. We are currently investigating this issue and hope to resolve soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Skype is currently experiencing a temporary issue with the paymens in client window. It shows the message "Check your internet connection" even with an active connection. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will provide an update as soon as it is resolved.
