We’re having some problems with our email system at the moment. If one of the following happens:

you buy Skype Credit
you buy a subscription
you’re allocated credit from a Business Control Panel
you change your account currency
your account is automatically recharged
your balance expires

you won’t receive a confirmation email as normal. We’re working to fix this as soon as we can.

Text messages you send will be delivered normally, but the status won’t be updated. So, it might look like they haven’t been delivered yet, or even that delivery has failed.

Confusing? Yes. Which is why we’re working as fast as we can to fix things. Hold tight!

Some online numbers in Romania are not working at present due to a problem with our partner there. Sorry for the inconvenience - I'll update this post as soon as I have more news.
